Job summary

px Group is recruiting an Interface Manager for Saltend Chemicals Park. You will coordinate interfaces between Saltend, Stockton Head Office, and other Group locations, ensuring effective delivery of high-profile projects in line with company policies and standards.

You will liaise with site and group leadership, manage client requirements, and drive delivery across multiple sites, with training and performance reviews to support growth and competence.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Project Management or equivalent.
• Formal project management qualification (PMP or equivalent) is desirable.
• Experience in an Interface / Project Manager role within a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key link between site delivery teams, central functions and the wider Group, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
• Translate client requirements into actionable plans for the central delivery team; main point of contact for clients.
• Liaise with Group/Site leadership to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure the portfolio of projects meets business and group expectations.
• Identify and manage risk and changes to scope; handle expanded client needs.
• Grow relationships and interfacing with sites to maximise opportunities.
