Job summary

px Group is seeking a Site Manager for its Saltend Chemicals Park site. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will lead Mechanical, Piping, EC&I, Civil and Structural teams, plan mobilisation, coordinate activities, and ensure timely, safe delivery in line with project schedules and budgets.

You will drive ZERO Harm compliance, maintain H&S documentation, and supervise subcontractors while managing client relationships and site resources.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND in a technical or engineering discipline.
• Formal Site Management qualification (CSCS Black or equivalent).
• SMSTS qualification and EMSS Safety Passport.
• Knowledge of COSHH and risk assessments.
• Experience producing RA, MS and Lift Plans.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct daily site operations including mechanical, civil and electrical works.
• Coordinate permits to work, hot works and working at height.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors, with regular progress and SHE updates.
• Maintain HSE files, CDM compliance and records of attendance.
• Manage client and contractor relationships and ensure milestones are met.
• Oversee site security and environmental compliance.
