Job summary

Sheridans in London seeks an Associate with 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience to join the Interactive & Creative Media Group. You will work directly with market-leading partners on high-profile mandates across games, advertising, production and digital media, with meaningful client contact from day one.

This role requires strong commercial sense, meticulous drafting, and a passion for the media, entertainment and technology sectors.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with training at a City, specialist or in-house team.
• At least one training seat or PQE in interactive and creative media matters.
• Exposure to advertising, influencer marketing, games, AR/VR/AI, fashion, production.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload with pragmatic, commercial advisory work on games industry contracts.
• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements (development, publishing, co-development).
• Support corporate transactions: IP, IT and commercial due diligence, warranties and disclosures.
