Job summary

JMC Legal Recruitment represents a market-leading London law firm in the search for an Interactive & Creative Media Associate (2–4 PQE). Based in the West End, you will advise on gaming, advertising, fashion and digital media matters, with direct client contact from day one.

You will draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial, regulatory, IP and technology agreements and may support corporate transactions in the sector.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales with 2–4 years' PQE.
• Experience within an interactive and creative media practice is highly desirable.
• Experience across advertising, influencer marketing, games, fashion, or commercial production is advantageous.
• Trained and practised within a well-regarded City, specialist or in-house team.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload and work with partners on commercial, regulatory, IP and technology matters.
• Advise clients in games and interactive entertainment, including developers, publishers and tech businesses.
• Draft and negotiate agreements such as game development, publishing, co-development and production contracts.
• Provide regulatory and IP advice including consumer protection, data protection and content compliance.
• Support corporate transactions in the sector through IP, IT and commercial due diligence and documentation.
