Job summary

ITV plc in White City, London, is seeking a Service Administrator (Online & Marketing) for a 12-month maternity cover in the Interactive, Direct to Consumer team.

You will support the Service Delivery Team, coordinate marketing campaigns, extract data for campaigns, and perform post‑campaign reviews to identify improvements.

The role includes building campaigns from templates, testing new deployments on the ITV Win site, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Understanding of operational processes within a live environment.
• Confident using web-based tools and content management systems.
• Awareness of premium telephony technology such as SMS.
• Awareness of e-commerce solutions and user flows.
• Interest in marketing strategies and interactive broadcast sector is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Jira or similar project management tools would be beneficial.
• Excellent and consistent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review service requests for SMS, PRTS, Web and Mobile App for in-house or third party delivery.
• Schedule campaigns according to delivery dates and business requirements.
• Ensure platforms are available to deliver the required service.
• Build campaigns using predefined templates, from scratch or via third parties.
• Complete checks on campaigns before sign-off and live deployment.
• Daily/weekly administrative tasks including reports, data extraction.
• Test new deployments and features on the ITV Win website.
• Gather campaign requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct feasibility assessments and provide guidance.
• Define robust reporting for each event and review post-event outcomes.
