PBS4's Enablement Hub seeks a Casual Temporary Associate in Bournemouth to join the Intensive Support Service. The role focuses on delivering person-centred, high-quality care during emergencies, across the South Coast, with support from multiple partners including commissioners and NHS teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in social care, 2:1/3:1/4:1 experience, and a valid UK driving licence. Sponsorship is not available; travel and accommodation can be provided as needed.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in social care.
• Experience in 2:1, 3:1 or 4:1 support.
• Driver with own vehicle in the UK.
• Empathetic, patient and resilient in crisis situations.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support and intensive interaction.
• Ability to develop personalised care plans.

Responsabilidades

• Provide intensive support in emergency situations.
• Work with commissioners, NHS and other providers across the South Coast.
• Ensure person-centred, high-quality, safe support.
• Be the consistent contact for individuals in times of crisis.
• Travel and accommodation may be provided when needed.
