Job summary

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Occupational Therapist (Band 6) for the Intensive Home Treatment Team in Worksop. You will carry out OT assessments, formulating and delivering time-limited, goal-oriented plans with patients and carers, across community settings.

The role requires HCPC registration, a driving licence, and a commitment to MDT working, safety planning, and relapse prevention, with potential for supervision of junior staff and flexible seven-day service

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc Occupational Therapy.
• HCPC registered.
• Specialist knowledge/post registration and experience of working in a mental health setting.
• Evidence of regular CPD activities.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to OT assessments, formulation and interventions within Intensive Home Treatment Team.
• Develop goal oriented, time limited OT plans with patients, carers/families, and partner organisations.
• Lead on risk assessments, care planning, and relapse prevention alongside MDT.
• Provide supervision and support to junior staff and cover seven day service needs.
