Job summary

Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the Intensive Home Treatment Team in Bassetlaw. The role involves OT-specific assessments, formulation and interventions, and working with patients, families and partner organisations to create time-limited, goal-oriented plans.

You will contribute to risk assessments, relapse prevention and safety planning, and support broader MDT activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with patients, carers and partner organisations.
• Ability to conduct OT assessments, formulate interventions and develop time-limited plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead OT-specific assessments and contribute to risk assessments and care planning.
• Develop creative, goal-oriented, time-limited OT plans in collaboration with MDTs.
• Provide leadership to junior staff and support across the service as needed.
• Work across a seven-day service including bank holidays and weekends.
