Homeless Link's The Connection at St Martin’s in London is seeking an Intensive Engagement Hub worker to support rough sleepers in Westminster. You will deliver intensive, wrap-around support aimed at moving clients into longer-term accommodation, working across hub sites and seasonal service offers.

The role forms part of a Westminster City Council pilot, with potential extension beyond six months, based at CSTM and other local sites. Salary £40,032–£44,906, with a London Living Wage employer.

• Wrap around casework for a cohort of people per activation to help move to longer term accommodation.
• Based at CSTM and other local sites, with extension potential beyond six months.

Responsibilities

• Wrap around casework for a cohort of people per activation to move to longer term accommodation.
• Work across multiple hub sites and support seasonal service offers and SWEP activations.
• Support the Engagement Hub across the winter period and contribute to housing outcomes.
