Job summary

The Bridge Project is recruiting a Case Manager for the Drive Project, a national model addressing high-harm domestic abuse. The role provides intensive case management and coordinates partners across police, safeguarding and housing to reduce risk and protect survivors.

A driver’s license with vehicle insurance and an enhanced DBS check are required. You will work in a trauma-informed, strengths-based framework, engaging with complex risk and ensuring safe, effective services within a national

Responsibilities

• Deliver intensive case management for high-risk individuals.
• Coordinate multi-agency response to reduce risk and support accountability.
• Keep survivor safety at the centre of all activities.
• Deliver Drive model with fidelity, balancing challenge and support.
• Collaborate with police, safeguarding, housing and health services.
• Share information appropriately for collective decision-making.
• Work within a multi-disciplinary team and reflectively within trauma-informed practice.
• Contribute to shaping a high-quality service within a national model.
