Job summary

REAL Technical Solutions Limited is seeking a Process Engineering Analyst in Worthing/Brighton with a strong focus on process mapping, BPMN 2.0, and driving process improvement within a hybrid work setup. The role involves leading discovery workshops, analysing KPIs, and shaping a scalable automation-enabled workflow across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading and delivering multiple process mapping and optimisation projects with BPMN 2.0 expertise.
• Experience applying the CMMI framework to assess process maturity and gaps.
• Ability to lead process discovery, workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies, risks and improvement opportunities.
• Experience interpreting process data, KPIs and performance.
• Ability to produce clear, structured documentation (maps, SOPs).
• Awareness of automation and digitisation opportunities.
• Experience with process mapping tools (ARIS).

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple process mapping and optimisation projects.
• Map complex end-to-end business processes using BPMN 2.0.
• Support or lead process discovery, workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Interpret process data, KPIs and performance to drive changes.
• Produce clear documentation including process maps and SOPs.
• Explore automation and digitisation opportunities within processes.
