Job summary

Nikao Technology in London is seeking a versatile business analyst to blend core analysis practice with solution consulting and technical delivery. You will identify, document and streamline business processes and help shape intelligent automation solutions for clients, from discovery through to deployment and production support.

The role supports discovery, design and delivery of automated workflows, collaborates with client teams, and applies BA skills across engagements.

Qualifications

Solid grounding in business analysis practices gained through analyst experience or graduate programs.
Ability to document processes and produce clear process maps with strong elicitation skills.
Interest in how technology systems are designed, integrated and delivered.
Awareness of AI-driven solutions is helpful but not essential.
Strong communication with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple parallel activities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support business analysis work including requirements gathering and workshops.
Identify and prioritise processes suitable for automation and design high-level workflows.
Estimate effort, resourcing and dependencies for workflows and work with engineers and QA to implement.
Train client teams to monitor and govern automated workflows and provide production support.
