Sky UK Limited is seeking a Group Risk Investigator to lead integrity investigations into unethical behaviour, fraud, theft and whistleblowing cases raised via Sky Listens. You will manage a caseload from assessment to findings, working with HR Investigations, Legal & Compliance, and senior stakeholders in a sensitive, confidential manner.

Hybrid working with three office days per week at Osterley Campus, and access to facilities.

Formación

• Proven investigative background in corporate, law enforcement, regulatory or similar investigations.
• Strong judgement and curiosity to identify key issues and root causes, test explanations and reach evidence-based conclusions.
• Assured evidence handling, with clear audit trails and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead investigations end to end from initial assessment to findings and debriefs.
• Gather, review and evaluate evidence from diverse sources; maintain case files and data protection compliance.
• Engage with participants and stakeholders professionally; manage expectations in sensitive matters.
• Produce clear, balanced findings and recommendations for risk mitigation and corrective action.
• Collaborate with HR Investigations, Employee Relations, Legal & Compliance and external partners.
• Contribute to shared learning and continuous improvement across the team.
