Qualificações

• Experience in Speak Up/whistleblowing frameworks, governance and confidentiality.
• Experience managing concerns via Speak Up channels including intake and triage.
• Experience leading workplace investigations with evidence-based reports.
• Ability to reach fair, balanced conclusions in sensitive situations.
• Strong interviewing and analytical skills with identifying root causes.
