Sky is seeking a Group Risk Investigator to lead integrity investigations across the business, protecting people, assets and reputation. You will manage caseloads from assessment through to findings and recommendations, engaging HR, Legal & Compliance and external partners as needed.

You will assess complex whistleblowing concerns and ensure evidential integrity, while maintaining confidentiality and high professional standards in all interactions.

Formación

• Proven background in corporate, law enforcement, regulatory or similar investigations.
• Excellent judgement and ability to test explanations and draw balanced conclusions.
• Proven ability to identify, gather, preserve and analyse documentary and digital evidence.
• Strong report-writing and interview skills for sensitive conversations and findings.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with discretion and data protection awareness.

Responsabilidades

• Lead investigations end to end from assessment to debriefs with stakeholders.
• Gather, review and evaluate evidence with confidentiality and audit trails.
• Communicate with leaders and partners with credibility and discretion.
• Produce clear, evidence-based findings and recommendations for action.
• Collaborate with HR Investigations, Employee Relations, Legal & Compliance and external partners.
• Contribute to learning and improvements across the team.
