Dorset Healthcare is seeking an experienced Integration Lead to oversee the Trust's Integration Engine (Mirth) and drive successful project execution aligned with the business strategy.

Your role will involve designing and implementing robust integration solutions to facilitate seamless communication between diverse systems, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and technological capabilities.

Leadership responsibilities include fostering a collaborative environment, providing training, and supporting team members to improve overall team capabilities and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of integration initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration strategies.
3. Monitor integration processes, identify issues, and implement solutions for seamless data flow.
4. Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and security across integrated systems by implementing best practices.
5. Develop comprehensive integration documentation, including architecture diagrams, data mappings, and specifications.
6. Stay informed about emerging tools and technologies, assessing their potential to improve integration solutions and processes.
