About the job you're considering

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Integration Architect with a Sales focus to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring successful solution delivery while driving business growth.

In this role, you will engage with business leaders, IT teams, and decision-makers to understand their integration challenges and provide tailored solutions and strategic advisory services. You will partner with our sales professionals to identify customer needs, support technical sales efforts, and deliver compelling customer presentations. Additionally, you will work closely with technical teams to design, develop, and implement effective integration solutions.

Hybrid working: The work location will vary according to your role, needs, and business requirements, including Company offices, client sites, and your home. Note that working from home 100% of the time is not permitted.

You will undergo pre-employment checks, including verification of employment history over the last 3 years, immigration status, and a criminal record check (Disclosure and Barring Service).

Your role

You will be responsible for designing integration solutions, working closely with sales teams to drive business growth and client engagement.

This role bridges technology and business by developing API & AI strategies, middleware solutions, and cloud integrations, engaging with clients to identify their needs, present solutions, and support sales efforts. Key priorities include pre-sales, solution architecture, technical demonstrations, and fostering strong client and partner relationships to drive revenue.

Skills and experience
Technical Skills:
  • Proven experience as an Integration Architect & Solution Architect.
  • Proficiency in integration platforms such as Mulesoft, Boomi, or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud integration.
  • Good understanding of Integration Patterns, APIs, and Microservice architecture.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
  • Experience with Distributed Delivery (Off-Shore / On-Shore).
Sales & Business Development Skills:
  • Experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or business consulting.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience handling RFPs and writing proposals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, engaging with C-level executives and technical teams.
Your Security Clearance

To be appointed, you must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires residing in the UK for the last 5 years and meeting other criteria. You may be asked about your citizenship and residency during the process. Some roles are restricted to UK residents for security reasons.
