Job summary

Global Payments Inc. is seeking an Integration Enablement Manager to join the Platforms team in London, guiding strategic integrations across key partners and customers. You will own relationships, coordinate go-lives, and drive adoption of our integration products.

You will partner with product, sales, and technical teams to remove blockers, optimize onboarding, and ensure successful integration outcomes from discovery through go-live. A global mindset and client-first approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading integration projects and partnerships.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Know-how in onboarding and implementing payment integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic relationships with integration partners, customers, and senior stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for integration-related opportunities and escalations.
• Build long-term partnerships that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Develop and execute strategies that increase adoption of integration products and services.
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, implementation, and integration experiences.
• Align customer needs with business and product capabilities.
• Drive commercial growth through increased integration usage and solution adoption.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Support achievement of revenue and account growth targets.
• Support customers through the integration lifecycle, from discovery and planning through to go-live and optimisation.
• Remove blockers and coordinate resources to ensure successful integration outcomes.
• Promote best practices, tools, and processes that improve integration success rates.
