We are seeking a skilled Integration Developer to join a high-profile project within the public sector, focused on modernizing services and improving data interoperability across government systems. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in middleware technologies and enterprise integration patterns, supporting mission-critical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, IBM Integration Bus, Apache Camel, Oracle SOA Suite, etc.)
Collaborate with public sector stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, secure integrations between legacy and modern systems
Develop APIs and orchestrate services to ensure seamless data exchange across departments
Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support deployment activities
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for integration issues
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with government standards and data policies
Required Skills and Experience:
Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns (EIP) and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
Hands-on experience with at least one middleware platform (e.g., MuleSoft, IBM App Connect, WSO2, TIBCO, etc.)
Proficiency with RESTful and SOAP web services
Experience working with public sector or government clients is highly desirable
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Relevant certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, IBM Integration Developer, etc.) are an advantage
