Job description

About Dwelly

Dwelly — a UK-based, AI-enabled lettings and property management platform, that is growing through a roll-up strategy acquiring estate agencies. The company leverages two arms: i) acquiring existing letting agencies, effectively buying its highly sticky, recurring revenue-type landlords portfolios, and then ii) building a top-notch technology to automate tenant management, payments, and post-rental property maintenance. The company seamlessly integrates AI services to automate all business processes within brick-and-mortar real estate agencies, integrating them into a tech-enabled digital letting platform in two months to radically improve the user experiences and increase efficiency of the business.

We’re a fast-growing, product-focused company, backed by top-tier investors and led by a team with deep experience in real estate, technology, and operations.

Position Summary

The Integration Associate plays a critical delivery role within Dwelly’s post-acquisition integration function, working directly alongside an Integration Manager to execute seamless operational, client, and team integrations following acquisitions.

This is a hands-on, high-exposure role designed as a development pathway into an Integration Manager position. The Associate supports project coordination, data migration, operational clean-up, and people transitions while building end-to-end integration experience across multiple acquisitions.

The role suits someone highly organised, execution-driven, and comfortable operating in fast-moving, real-world operational environments.

1. Integration Delivery & Project Support
  • Support the Integration Manager across all phases of post-acquisition integration projects
  • Assist with acquisition onboarding, data migration, and process transitions onto the Dwelly platform
  • Track integration milestones, workstreams, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Maintain integration plans, timelines, and progress reporting
  • Maintain individual integration notion pages and help develop/continuously improve the integration playbooks
  • Proactively surface risks, blockers, and post-completion issues for resolution
2. Operational & Administrative Execution
  • Support operational consolidation activities including:
    • Accounting transitions
    • Office and lease exits or mergers
    • Systems clean-up and process alignment
  • Ensure integration checklists are fully completed across all functional areas
  • Assist in monitoring early performance KPIs and operational health of acquired businesses
3. Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Act as a central coordination point between:
    • Integration Manager
    • Functional workstream leads (ops, finance, people, tech)
    • Local acquired business teams
  • Prepare documentation, status updates, and risk logs
  • Support smooth communication to minimise disruption during integration periods
4. People Transition Support
  • Assist with employee onboarding into Dwelly
  • Support off-boarding processes where required in a respectful, structured manner
  • Help ensure culture, morale, and clarity during periods of operational change
5. On-Site Integration Support
  • Travel regularly to acquired business locations across the UK (Likely to be minimum 1 day, maximum 3 days during periods of significant change).
  • Provide hands-on support during critical integration phases
  • Build strong relationships with local teams to ensure execution success
Qualifications & Preferred Background:
  • Experience in operations, project coordination, consulting, business operations, or fast-paced startup environments
  • Exposure to M&A integrations, multi-site environments, or process transitions is a strong plus
  • Skills: Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented — must be extremely structured. Outstanding communication skills are essential.
  • Cultural Fit: Hands-on and delivery-focused, comfortable operating at pace with imperfect information, able to work respectfully within traditional operational businesses while raising execution standards, and willing to step in wherever needed to keep integrations moving forward.
  • Travel Flexibility: Readiness to work extensively on-site across the UK, adapting to new settings and maintaining a consistent, high level of service.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a “get things done” attitude and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Startup mentality: resilience, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills – ability to approach challenges logically and propose practical solutions.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary with the potential for equity options based on performance, recognising exceptional contributions to our integration success.
