  • Creating and refining documentation for both internal and external stakeholders, contributing to a valuable knowledge library.
  • Acting as a primary technical point of contact for NMI colleagues with integration inquiries.
  • Participating in projects as required, leveraging your technical expertise to contribute significant value.

What We Hope You'll Bring

  • Proficiency in at least one programming language: C#, C++, Java/Kotlin, Objective-C/Swift.

  • Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to identify critical tasks.
  • Adept at providing technical explanations to a diverse audience, tailoring communication to match their technical proficiency.
  • A solid understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems and basic networking knowledge to support network-related customer issues.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, creativity, and initiative.
  • Outstanding communication, both verbal and written, along with superb interpersonal abilities.
  • A proactive and positive approach to tasks.

Preferred Skills & Experience
