Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Transformation Portfolio Lead to own integrated planning, governance and delivery across four transformation roadmaps within our Insurance Software business. You will align milestones, dependencies, resources and budgets to deliver a single, clear view of progress.

Working with Transformation, Strategy, Architecture, Change and Finance teams, you will manage risks and issues, drive governance forums, coordinate a matrix team, and ensure accurate reporting

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, multi-workstream transformation portfolios.
• Strong understanding of governance, reporting and control processes.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven track record delivering on-time and on-budget programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated delivery plan across four roadmaps.
• Ensure milestones, dependencies, risks and delivery commitments are understood and managed.
• Identify dependencies and protect delivery across roadmaps.
• Maintain visibility of progress against milestones and outcomes.
• Govern and drive issue resolution and change control across the portfolio.
• Coordinate matrix of Project Managers and work-package leads.
• Track portfolio finances with Finance for appropriate coverage.
• Provide accurate, evidence-based reporting to senior stakeholders.
