Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Transformation Strategy Lead for the London Market business. You will own four integrated transformation roadmaps, translating business priorities into actionable activity and measurable outcomes, working across architecture, change and PMO teams to drive coordinated delivery.

You will collaborate with Velonetic, ISB and other stakeholders to ensure technically feasible, governance-aligned change with clear success criteria and quarterly roadmap refreshes.

Qualifications

• Experience within the London Market, banking or similarly complex and highly regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Own, develop and maintain four integrated strategic roadmaps across the London Market business, with clear priorities and outcomes.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured transformation activity with defined success measures.
• Lead a matrix team across architecture, change, PMO and work-package leads to align delivery.
