Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an experienced Transformation Strategy Lead to shape and drive multi-roadmap transformation for the London Market business in the UK. You will manage complex stakeholders, define governance and ensure strategy translates into deliverable change across architecture, change management, and PMO functions.

• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own, develop and maintain four integrated strategic roadmaps for transformation across the London Market.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured, achievable activity with defined outcomes.
• Lead a matrix team across architecture, change, PMO and work-package leads.
• Coordinate Design Authority with Enterprise and Business Architects.
• Establish intake/exit governance with clear acceptance criteria and success measures.
• Ensure requirements are agreed and signed off before build begins.
• Monitor dependencies, risks and benefits against baselines and SLAs.
• Report progress and ensure alignment with measurable business outcomes.
