Johnson Controls Envision is seeking a CCTV & Access Maintenance Technician to assemble, install, maintain, and repair CCTV Towers and access turnstiles at our Envision Head Office and Workshop. You will ensure high quality and safety standards while delivering excellent customer service and supporting product development.

This is a long-term, technically focused role offering growth within a market-leading organisation dedicated to safer environments.

Qualifications

• Must have a Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work at height and safely use ladders.
• Ability to lift and move equipment as required.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment is essential.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, maintain, and upgrade CCTV Towers and access turnstile systems.
• Ensure equipment meets quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across the business.
• Effectively manage workload and priorities to meet deadlines.
• Complete documentation: engineer reports, handover certificates, BSIA certificates, inspection checklists.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Envision product range.

As a CCTV & Access Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly, installation, maintenance, and repair of CCTV Towers and access control turnstiles at our Envision Head Office and Workshop. You will ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards while delivering excellent customer service and supporting the ongoing development of the Envision product range.
