Job summary

Babcock is seeking an Integrated Readiness Solution Lead for its Andover site. You will drive the future readiness operating model across engineering, logistics, asset management and supply chain, engaging senior stakeholders to shape strategic solutions.

You will develop operating models and roadmaps within the LIOS programme, leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring end-to-end integration for national security projects. Hybrid working is available with a full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading the design and delivery of complex operating models or transformation programmes.
• Experience working with defence, aerospace or asset-intensive sectors.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and shape strategic solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the future integrated readiness operating model.
• Engage with MoD and internal stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Identify capability gaps, improvement opportunities and transformation priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional programme teams to deliver end-to-end LIOS solutions.
• Develop operating model designs, transformation roadmaps, business cases and strategic proposals.
