Job summary

Karbon Homes is seeking an Integrated Pest Management Coordinator to lead pest management across our homes and communities. You will develop proactive IPM strategies, coordinate inspections, investigations and contractor management while ensuring health and safety and compliance with housing standards.

You will collaborate with Housing, Neighbourhood, Property Services and Grounds Maintenance teams to address pest-related hazards and deliver prevention-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in pest management, housing, environmental services or facilities management.
• Strong commitment to health and safety, compliance, customer service and continuous improvement.
• A driving licence (UK) is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pest management activities across Karbon's housing stock, neighbourhoods and communal environments.
• Develop and implement Integrated Pest Management strategies with inspections, investigations and contractor management.
• Monitor performance and maintain records to address root causes of pest activity.
• Work with Housing, Neighbourhood, Property Services and Grounds Maintenance teams to identify and resolve pest-related hazards.
