Job summary

Bauer Media Group is seeking an Integrated Graphic Designer to craft high-quality motion and static assets for Bauer Create across social, web, TV and print. You will translate briefs into engaging creative, develop design systems and ensure outputs meet brand standards.

The role focuses on motion design at its core, with a strong emphasis on digital environments and cross‑channel campaigns, offering a hybrid working model across UK offices.

Qualifications

• Motion design craft: strong motion graphics capability with After Effects.
• Adobe Creative Suite expertise: After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop; Premiere Pro desirable.
• Integrated design skills: capable of creating both motion and static assets for digital channels.
• Commercial creativity: translate briefs into engaging assets across multiple campaigns.
• Collaboration: work with Creatives, Designers, Project Managers and Sales.
• Organisation and pace: manage busy workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
• Attention to detail: maintain brand consistency and production standards across outputs.
• Experience: suitable for a junior to middleweight integrated designer with motion design experience.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion and static advertising assets for Bauer clients across social, web, TV, out-of-home, print and wider digital channels.
• Translate client briefs and campaign ideas into visually engaging creative for multiple formats, placements and audience touchpoints.
• Develop animation, layout, typography and design systems that support integrated campaign delivery.
• Ensure all design outputs are accurate, platform-ready and delivered to the required technical specifications.
• Storyboard, conceptualise and produce animated advertising assets, from short-form social motion to video-led campaigns.
• Adapt moving-image creative for multiple platforms, ensuring assets are formatted appropriately for each channel.
• Work with Creatives, Producers, Designers, Sales and Digital teams to shape campaign ideas and deliver strong visual solutions.
