Job summary

Bauer Media in the UK is seeking an Integrated Graphic Designer with strong motion design skills to create engaging advertising across social, web, TV, out-of-home and print.

This permanent, hybrid role can be based at any Bauer office, including Glasgow, and you will collaborate with Creatives, Strategists, Producers and Sales to turn briefs into platform-ready assets for multi-channel campaigns.

Qualifications

• Motion design craft with storyboard, animation and moving-image concepting.
• Strong skills in layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
• Proven ability to deliver platform-ready assets across channels.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality motion and static assets for social, web, TV, OOH and print.
• Translate briefs into visually engaging creative across multiple formats.
• Develop design systems and ensure brand alignment and production readiness.
• Collaborate with Creatives, Producers, Sales and Digital teams from brief to delivery.
• Apply feedback quickly while maintaining output quality.
