Job summary

InvestEngine is seeking a Mid-weight Marketing Designer to deliver brand and campaign materials with a strong focus on motion. You will split time between static brand work and marketing animation, producing high-quality assets that follow the brand system.

Youll collaborate with Design, Product, and Marketing to turn briefs into on-brand creative that supports acquisition and clarity, while balancing speed and quality in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in marketing/brand design across campaigns, brand assets, and communications.
• Demonstrable motion/animation skill with a showreel.
• Strong visual craft and consistency across channels within a brand system.
• Ability to execute to defined creative direction with light supervision.
• Interest in investing or personal finance.

Responsibilities

• Produce marketing creative across digital and print touchpoints (brand, paid social, partnerships, email, landing pages, OOH, affiliates, organic social).
• Create marketing motion and animation — animated social assets, campaign videos, and brand animation.
• Apply our established brand system and guidelines consistently across all outputs.
• Take marketing tasks from brief to delivery against agreed direction; flag blockers and questions early.
• Work closely with Marketing to understand campaign objectives and deliver on-brand creative.
• Balance quality and speed using our design system and templates.
