Job summary

Starcom, part of Publicis Groupe, is hiring an Account Manager to join the LEGO Group team. You will help deliver integrated media campaigns across multiple markets, turning insights into action and building strong client partnerships.

You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage campaign delivery, and support Account Executives to grow skills while upholding a culture of collaboration and excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a media agency supporting campaign planning and delivery.
• Excellent organisation and multi-project management.
• Interest in integrated media planning and channel coordination.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset translating data into insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Director to deliver integrated media campaigns across markets.
• Build day-to-day client relationships and manage deliverables.
• Coordinate campaigns across EMEA with specialist teams.
• Contribute to media planning across channels.
• Translate campaign performance into actionable opportunities.
• Support and develop Account Executives.
• Foster a collaborative team culture across LEGO account.
