Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Director in our Insurance practice to lead delivery across Commercial/Specialty or London Markets. You will build relationships, shape an Insurance portfolio for the Invent brand, and coach junior team members while guiding one or more accounts.

You will partner across accounts, drive thought leadership, and help set direction for the business, including recruitment and capability development within the team. The role offers hybrid working in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
• Experience of proposition building and delivery within the Insurance sector
• Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow one or more Capgemini Invent Insurance accounts across the entire offering portfolio.
• Pro-actively open new connections and bring the team to maximise client impact.
• Become the go-to focal point for a specific Insurance know-how area and drive recruitment in the marketplace.
• Balance sales and delivery, being hands-on as needed to support the teams.
