Job summary

Capgemini Invent in the United Kingdom seeks a Director in Insurance to lead multi-account delivery, cultivate client relationships and grow the Invent Insurance portfolio. The role requires directing teams, mentoring junior staff and shaping strategic proposals while driving recruitment and market expansion.

You will balance sales and delivery, develop thought leadership, and contribute to business development, internal campaigns and practice development across Insurance offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organisation.
• Experience of proposition building and delivery within the Insurance sector.
• Currently working in a major Consulting firm, and/or in industry but having a Consulting background.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow one or more Invent Insurance accounts across the entire Invent offering portfolio.
• Pro-actively open new connections and bring the team with you to maximise impact on client.
• Balance optimally sales and delivery – be hands-on as needed in support of the teams.
