Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Management Consulting Senior Manager to lead the insurance strategy and consulting practice in the UK. You will work with the leadership team to shape large transformational engagements, originate client relationships, and drive delivery across complex programs in insurance.

You will mentor teams, articulate innovative solutions, and collaborate across Strategy & Consulting, Technology and Operations to deliver differentiated outcomes for clients.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of experience in change or operations teams with 5+ years in the insurance sector.
• Hands-on business change and/or business architecture experience.
• Ability to take responsibility for and lead the analysis and design of strategic business solutions.
• Extremely thorough, inquisitive and hard-working behaviours.
• A genuine desire to improve outcomes for clients and consumers.
• Excellent people and communication skills, able to confidently converse with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of building strong business relationships.
• Innovative and able to articulate ideas visually and present to clients.
• Good understanding of IT fundamentals and FS systems.
• Willingness to travel within the UK and globally.
