About the Role

This is your chance to take a leading position as a Senior Binder Broker Support Technician within an established and high-performing North American and International Property team. You'll be at the heart of the business, working on a diverse portfolio that includes both Binding Authority Agreements and Open Market placements focused on Property and related risks.

• You’ll play a key role in the technical execution and work closely with Brokers, as well as clients and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include:
• Producing high-quality slips and endorsements with a strong attention to detail
• Analysing and managing data under existing Binding Authority Agreements
• Preparing and maintaining key market statistics
• Compiling and assessing risk-level data and documentation for Binding Authorities
• Engaging with Lloyd’s systems such as DCOM and Lineage (experience a plus)

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• To excel in this role, you’ll bring:
• Solid experience within Broker support working on Property related risks, ideally with North American exposure
• Strong technical skills
• Familiarity with Lloyd’s systems
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
