Job summary

McNeil & Co. is recruiting for a Team Manager to oversee a high‑performing insurance team in Manchester. You will lead, coach and develop direct reports, ensuring service levels are met and KPIs achieved.

Role requires at least 2 years of team management within a fast-paced, service-driven environment and familiarity with regulatory standards. A-Level qualification is expected, CII is desirable. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for progression.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor team performance against KPIs and SLAs; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate resource and workload to ensure adequate cover and timely delivery.
• Prepare and distribute team performance reports and MI for stakeholders.
• Support development through coaching, training and formal appraisals.
• Handle escalations and liaise with managers and other business areas.
