Position: Insurance Advisor

Location: Liverpool City Centre

Salary: £21,000 - £23,000+ basic with monthly team bonus

We are working with a specialist Taxi Insurance Brokerage, industry leaders with nearly 40 years of sector-specific knowledge. They maintain a customer-centric and personalized approach to their growing client base, with excellent scores on FEEFO.

Responsibilities:
  1. Offer support across a wide range of Insurance products, liaising with customers regarding adjustments, renewals, and claims.
  2. Assist customers who visit the branch for face-to-face consultations.
  3. Ensure compliance with FCA regulations.
  4. Manage the renewals process, midterm adjustments, and maintain your own diary.
  5. Support team objectives, contribute ideas for workflow improvements.
  6. Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to existing customers.
  7. Communicate with Insurers via phone and email.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Experience in Customer Service, preferably in an office environment.
  2. Desire to be part of a close-knit team that enjoys social events.
  3. Ability to develop relationships and build rapport with customers.
What They Offer:
  1. Core hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday (no late hours or weekends).
  2. Monthly team bonus averaging £150.
  3. Salary dependent on experience within Insurance.
