Job summary

DAC Beachcroft in Bristol is seeking a Business Development Executive to join the Clients & Markets team. You will support growth of our Insurance sector and broader client development programme, working with experienced BD Managers to win new opportunities and strengthen relationships.

The role offers exposure to strategic growth initiatives, stakeholder engagement across the firm, and hands-on involvement in pitches, proposals and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business development, client development or marketing role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High accuracy and attention to detail, including proofreading.
• Strong IT skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Teams.
• Good numerical and analytical capabilities with data reporting.
• Proactive, self-motivated and resourceful.
• Ability to work independently while contributing in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support growth of client accounts across sectors, focusing on Insurance.
• Assist with client development plans and new business opportunities.
• Prepare pitches, proposals and other BD opportunities.
• Produce and coordinate key account reporting including ESG and ED&I insights.
• Use CRM to maintain client information and generate relationship reports.
• Support client development workshops and drive client activity.
• Collaborate with BD Managers and stakeholders on growth initiatives.
• Share best practice and contribute to internal communications.
• Develop knowledge through collaboration with senior BD team.
