Job summary

DAC Beachcroft LLP in Bristol is seeking a Business Development Executive to join the Clients & Markets team, supporting growth of our Insurance sector and broader client development programme.

You will work with senior stakeholders, assist with client development plans, pitches, and reporting, and contribute to revenue growth and strategic initiatives. This is a permanent role offering a path for career progression within a leading professional services firm.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business development or marketing role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient IT skills including MS Office.
• Ability to work independently within a team.
• Experience in legal or professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and growth of client accounts across multiple sectors, with a primary focus on Insurance.
• Assist with creating and implementing client development plans and identifying new business opportunities.
• Support the preparation of pitches, proposals and other business development opportunities.
• Produce and coordinate key account reporting, including insights relating to added value, ESG, social value and ED&I initiatives.
• Utilise CRM systems to maintain accurate client information and produce reports.
• Support and contribute to client development workshops, helping to uncover opportunities and drive client activity.
• Share best practice and contribute to internal business development communications and stakeholder forums.
• Develop knowledge and expertise through collaboration with senior members of the BD team.
