Job summary

Office Angels in Tunbridge Wells is recruiting an Insurance Sales Advisor to join a consultative, advice-driven team. You will guide customers who have enquired about insurance products, asking questions to determine suitable policies, and recommending options over the phone.

The role offers a generous bonus potential, a hybrid working pattern after probation, and full training. Working hours are 9:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with in-office presence three days a week and two days from home

Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers on the phone with queries or sales.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Make calls to customers who registered to open or renew a policy.
• Build rapport with customers over the phone and discuss policy needs.
• Advise customers on suitable policies, pricing, and cover levels.
