We are recruiting for a permanent Health Insurance Sales Advisor position in Bournemouth, Dorset. The consultant will handle insurance brokering, client management, policy review, and sales.

The company, part of a larger Insurance Group, is a leading provider of private medical insurance solutions. Due to significant growth, they seek a Senior Broker / Health Insurance Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team.

About the Role

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual. Responsibilities include:

1. Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
2. Providing advice on private medical insurance products.
3. Conducting needs analyses and recommending suitable insurance solutions.
4. Preparing and presenting proposals.
5. Negotiating and closing sales to meet targets.
6. Supporting clients post-sale.
7. Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Hours

42 hours/week, schedule:

• Monday & Tuesday: 9:00am - 7:00pm
• Wednesday & Thursday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
• Friday: 8:30am - 12:30pm

Salary

£30,000 Basic + £30,000 OTE Year 1, with annual increases based on performance.
