The role involves managing complex litigation and an autonomous case load of defendant Employer’s and Public Liability claims. Formación

• At least 2 years PQE with a solid defendant personal injury background.
• Experience working on behalf of insurers in EL and PL claims is ideal.
• Essential experience in property damage claims.

Responsabilidades

• Assist partners on complex litigation involving enforcement actions.
• Manage an autonomous case load of defendant Employer’s Liability claims.
• Handle multi-million-pound disputes and crisis management consultancy.

Educación
