Hackajob Ltd. is seeking an Insurance Product Manager to lead day-to-day trading for niche commercial products and to grow specialist insurer partnerships. The role spans online and offline customer journeys, with close collaboration across operations, finance, and marketing.

You will own portfolio performance, drive improvements in lead routing, and oversee annual fair value assessments in partnership with compliance. A hybrid work model and substantial benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of commercial insurance, including specialist market mechanics, broking, or London market products.
• Ability to collaborate, influence, and build relationships across operations, finance, marketing, and insurer relations.
• Project delivery experience, coordinating initiatives from concept through operational go-live.
• Analytical skills and understanding of trading data, portfolio performance metrics, and commercial P&L drivers.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, particularly product reviews and fair value assessment frameworks.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments connecting online and offline customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day trading for niche commercial products and monitor new business and renewal performance against key targets.
• Expand specialist insurer and MGA partnerships to launch new covers for complex customer segments, including motor trades.
• Work with call centre teams to improve lead scoring, customer routing, and operational journeys.
• Lead product reviews and annual fair value assessments in partnership with compliance.
• Provide insurance product expertise across business projects to improve customer journeys.
• Resolve operational and commercial incidents within complex customer journeys.
• Take commercial ownership of a high-value SME portfolio and shape tailored cover for complex and niche trade businesses.
