Job summary

The Growth Company is offering an Apprentice Insurance Practitioner role where you will gain hands-on experience in claims, underwriting and client service while working towards a Level 3 qualification. Full training and ongoing support are provided by The Growth Company and our training partner.

You will learn to assist with insurance administration, processing claims and underwriting tasks, and develop customer service and compliance skills.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grades A*-C/9-5.
• Level 2 Customer Service qualification or relevant customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the team with day-to-day insurance administration and client queries.
• Learn how to process claims, policies and underwriting tasks.
• Develop skills in customer service, compliance and data handling.
• Work towards a Level 3 Insurance Practitioner qualification.
• Opportunity to progress into a permanent Insurance Practitioner role on completion.
• Full training and support provided throughout the apprenticeship.
