Job summary

The Growth Company is assisting Cobine Carmelson in recruiting for an Apprentice Insurance Practitioner in the Broxbourne area. You will gain hands-on experience in claims, underwriting and client service while working towards a nationally recognised Level 3 qualification.

The role includes day-to-day insurance administration, processing claims and policies, and developing skills in customer service, compliance and data handling.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above (9-5 equivalent)
• Level 2 Customer Service qualification or equivalent experience
• Willingness to study towards Level 3 Insurance Practitioner qualification

Responsibilities

• Support the team with day-to-day insurance administration and client queries
• Learn to process claims, policies and underwriting tasks
• Develop skills in customer service, compliance and data handling
• Work towards a Level 3 Insurance Practitioner qualification
• Opportunity to progress into a permanent Insurance Practitioner role on completion
• Full training and support provided throughout the apprenticeship
