Insurance Policy Review Handler
£23,400 rising to £25,500 after probation
Haywards Heath

We are closely partnered with a forward-thinking insurer who specialise in Motor Insurance. They have cutting edge systems, a fantastic work culture and defined development plans within each department where you can truly progress in your career.

The role as an Insurance Policy Review Handler includes:

1. Checking over insurance policies to ensure customer details are accurate and correct.
2. Investigating cases of potential misrepresentation and non-disclosure at policy creation stage and during claims.
3. Answering customer queries over the phone, confirming details with documents through email to resolve any issues with them having accurate cover.
4. General administration duties related to insurance policies and account details.

The package as Insurance Policy Review Handler includes:

1. £23,400 (increases to £25,500 after passing probation)
2. Discretionary annual bonus.
3. Monday - Friday hours only (8.30 - 5pm with an hour lunch)
4. 2 days in the office, 3 working from home once signed off.
5. 26 days holiday plus 8 flexible bank holidays & an extra day annual leave - Onsite parking space.
