Are you looking to kickstart a new career in insurance broking? We're seeking a motivated Trainee Account Broker to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and gain experience in managing global insurance policies within one of WTW’s largest outsourced Client Insurance Teams.

The Role

As a Trainee Account Broker, you will:

1. Support the management of a portfolio of global insurance policies, working closely with the Client, their Captive Managers, Placing Brokers, and the WTW Global Network.
2. Assist in the preparation and review of insurance documentation, ensuring accuracy and adherence to key clauses and requirements.
3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the smooth placement and administration of insurance policies.
4. Collaborate with experienced brokers to understand the broking and placement strategy, including negotiations with insurers.
5. Gain experience in the use of WTW’s Broking Platform, PPL, and other systems crucial to broking activities.
6. Contribute to maintaining and updating records, ensuring all documents are completed and filed accurately.
7. Participate in client meetings, helping to prepare materials and gaining exposure to client interactions.
8. Learn about market trends, insurer requirements, and the key factors that influence successful broking outcomes.
