£23,400 rising to £25,500 after probation

We are closely partnered with a forward-thinking insurer who specialise in Motor Insurance. They have cutting edge systems, a fantastic work culture and defined development plans within each department where you can truly progress in your career.

The role as an Insurance Policy Review Handler
- Checking over insurance policies to ensure customers details are accurate and correct.
- Investigate cases of potential misrepresentation and non-disclosure at policy creation stage and during claims.
- Answering customer queries over the phone, confirming details with documents through email to resolve any issues with them having accurate cover.
- General administration duties related to insurance policies and account details.

The package as Insurance Policy Review Handler
- £23,400 (increases to £25,500 after passing probation)
- Discretionary annual bonus.
- Monday - Friday hours only (8.30 - 5pm with an hour lunch)
- 2 days in the office, 3 working from home once signed off.
- 26 days holiday plus 8 flexible bank holidays & an extra day annual leave - Onsite parking space
