Job summary

Anderson Recruitment Ltd in Gloucester is seeking an experienced insurance professional for a permanent, part-time role. The successful candidate will join a small, collaborative team and help shape the business with fresh ideas and initiatives.

The position offers 20–25 hours per week, 4–5 days, office-based, with a salary from £30,000 (FTE) depending on experience and negotiable. Benefits include pro rata holidays, staff events, and expense-covered activities.

Responsibilities

• Complete compliance, audit and reporting requirements with external brokers and third-party teams
• Monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement and suggest new ways to grow
• Support the launch of new products, promotions and growth strategies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers and oversight partners
• Identify and report complaints to the board or relevant insurance brokers
• Carry out regular team one-to-ones, using audit feedback to support development
• Monitor team performance and engagement, helping to drive business growth and customer retention

Key responsibilities:

Hours – 20 to 25 hours per week across 4/5 days per week (office based)

Salary – From £30,000 (FTE) depending on experience and negotiable +

• -25 days holiday (pro rata) + bank holidays
