Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in recruitment, with emphasis in Legal
• Proven ability to build strong client and candidate relationships
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Ambitious, driven and commercially minded

Responsibilities

• Run the full 360 recruitment process within Legal
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Head-hunt and build talent pools for key roles
• Achieve sales targets and increase gross profit
• Help shape the continued growth of our Legal division
• Stay up-to-date with trends in the Insurance/Legal market
